These are just little rectangular pieces of wood (4.5" X 3.25"). They are painted black. There is a vinyl border - $1.50, and the white letters are vinyl - $1.00. I add 1-2 magnet(s) on the back too. You could order just the vinyl or a finished product.

This is another that is larger (8" X 4.5") and has a wooden border painted silver. There is still the vinyl border, letters, and 4 magnets on the back.

I did these in vinyl, but doing them in die cut would work too!! (And be lots cheaper.) I would use a good strong card stock with no texture unless requested.
